Seeing as the time involved is highly dependent on the duration and content of the videos, I don't offer standard packages for video. Based on the time involved, which can be determined after the free intake, I will send a quotation with the estimated costs. 

Yes! It would be nice to do a little bit more from home, but for the shooting days I can come to your institution, even if it's on the other side of the country.

I have experience with animation. Depending on the difficulty of the process that has to be shown, this is definitely something I can offer. In a couple of the videos I made for the open source library, I also made animations. 

This is highly dependent on the duration of the videos, the difficulty of the experiment and the availability of the professors and or support staff. Most videos that are around 5 minutes long can be recorded in one day, e.g. from 9:00-15:00. To ensure a smooth shooting day, the preparation is key. Preparing for the videos requires brainstorming about the content, filling in the script template that I have created, which you can find here, and preparing all the materials well ahead of time. Editing the video, depending on the specific content roughly requires 2 days and then the interactions have to be added after the videos are finalized, which usually takes about half a day to a day, depending on the amount and difficulty of the interactions added.

Altough I think it's great to share your content with the rest of the world, it is not a requirement to share your videos with other institutions.

If your institution uses different software than H5P it is still possible to make your videos interactive. As long as your institution has some form of interactive tool, like Kaltura or Feedback fruits. I am very good in making unkown software my own and would not mind using the software provided by your institution.
